Offida, an ancient village surrounded by 15th-century castle walls, is one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. Perched on a rocky spur between the valleys of Tesino and Tronto, it is renowned for the laborious and patient art of bobbin lace, an ancient tradition celebrated with a dedicated museum and a monument located in the old town. Bobbin lace making is still a widespread craft; as you stroll through the picturesque streets of the historic center, you will often see women engrossed in the art of lace-making.

Upon arrival in Castiglione in Teverina, we will enjoy a food and wine pairing lunch at Fattoria Madonna delle Macchie, a stunning estate located in the Tuscia area known for its winery and olive mill.
Next, we'll transfer to Civita di Bagnoregio for a guided visit of this beautiful hamlet, which is perched atop a plateau of volcanic rock and surrounded by steep ravines. This enchanting village is situated between Rome and Orvieto, on a steep, crumbling rock formation in the Calanchi Valley.
After our visit, we will depart for Bolsena, where we will check in at the Hotel Royal**** for our accommodation.
